The ability to read is the foundation for a successful, productive, literate citizenry. Dallas Reads! aims to create a literacy network that encompasses all stakeholders. Dallas Reads! promotes reading for adults and children, increases college readiness, improves literacy outcomes for all Dallas children, and increases the number of children who experience the joy of reading.
